Hong Kong Social Enterprise Sound Mindfulness × Yoga × Body Awareness × Digital Creativity

Wellbeing practices
for real, everyday life.

OM Mindful Wellness Resonance turns years of teaching in yoga, sound mindfulness, breath and body awareness into free digital tools, classes and embodied experiences people can use when they need them.

Through the OM Wellbeing Facilitator Pathway, we also develop people who want to support others and bring safe, practical methods into families, workplaces, organisations and communities.

Practice, classes and booking in one mobile entry point.

Digital tools are not designed to keep people on a screen. They make the right practice easier to find and begin.
Technology expands access. The body, lived experience and human connection remain central.
“My mind is all over the place…”Begin with one minute of breath.
“I feel furious…”Notice where it lands in the body.
“I cannot sleep again…”Choose a gentle bedtime practice.

From OM Mindful experience to a wider social enterprise

Years of yoga, sound mindfulness, curriculum design and teacher training are translated into methods more people can use, learn and carry into daily life.

Founder & Practice Background

Taking what was learned in the teaching room into everyday life.

Founder Ana C brings years of yoga and sound mindfulness teaching together with curriculum design, multimedia, information technology and marketing. Repeated needs observed in real classes become clearer, more accessible tools and experiences.

Digital creativity at OM is not about pushing people towards more screen time. It helps a suitable practice become easier to find, begin and carry back into real life.

Our Method

OM Human Connection Method

Every tool, class and training pathway follows the same sequence: arrive, notice, express, listen and reconnect with life.

Arrive

Use sound, breath and body awareness to return attention to the present.

Notice

Observe sensations, emotions and thoughts without rushing to judge or change them.

Express

Give inner experience safe forms through sound, writing, movement, creativity or dialogue.

Listen

Accompany another person without rushing to advise, analyse or fix.

Connect

Carry practice into relationships, work and community life.

Who We Hope to Reach

Make support easier to reach, and create room for people to grow further.

Our work is open to the public while paying particular attention to people under sustained pressure, with fewer resources, or with limited access to mainstream wellbeing services.

People under emotional strain

Including people experiencing chronic anxiety, low mood, rumination or depressive feelings. Low-barrier, non-clinical sound, breath and body awareness provide a place to pause and organise experience.

Women, caregivers and family supporters

Respite, body awareness, peer connection and sustainable self-care for people carrying long-term family, care and work pressure.

Lower-income, unemployed and career-transition adults

Subsidised places, staged learning, observation and assisting opportunities can reduce entry barriers and help suitable participants progress from personal practice towards group facilitation.

Older adults and people with limited support networks

Clear, mobile-friendly and adaptable practices for older adults, people living alone, socially isolated people and those without a formal support network.

Access → Learning → Opportunity

Funding can build a continuing pathway, rather than pay for one isolated free activity.

We hope to work with NGOs, funders and CSR/ESG partners to provide subsidised participation and facilitator development for lower-income women, caregivers, unemployed or career-transition adults. Suitable participants may progress from attendance to foundation learning, observation, assisting and practicum.

These services are educational, non-clinical wellbeing and community support. They do not replace medical care, psychotherapy, mental health diagnosis or crisis intervention. Anyone experiencing severe depression, suicidal thoughts or a mental health crisis should seek qualified professional or emergency support immediately.

Free Public Tools

Not another article about wellbeing. A practice you can do now.

People rarely begin by searching for a technical breathing method. They begin with a real need: “I feel overwhelmed. What can I do now?”

BREATH

Breathing Practices

Choose by time and state, including box breathing, extended exhale and 4-6-8.

BODY

Body Awareness

Begin with the neck, posture, hands or a whole-body scan.

Return to the Body
SOUND

Sound Mindfulness

Listen without deciding whether sound is pleasant. Notice its arrival, continuation and disappearance.

Classes & Experiences

Tools help you begin. A live space makes the experience whole.

A class is not a replay of the free tools. Space, sound, movement and facilitation allow practice to be felt, adjusted and supported.

A staged pathway from personal practice and programme design to observation, assisting and practicum. The goal is not only a certificate, but safe and responsive facilitation across different settings.

LEVEL 1 · FOUNDATION

Build personal practice and basic guidance

Sound mindfulness, breath, body awareness, safety principles and foundational facilitation language.

Learn to feel and practise
02
LEVEL 2 · PRACTICE & DESIGN

03
FACILITATOR PATHWAY

Move into real facilitation

Observation, assisting, practicum, supervision, deep listening and community application.

Facilitate in real settings

Who it is for

Not only for people seeking a full-time teaching career.

  • Yoga and wellbeing teachers
  • Education, social service and helping professionals
  • Group and community facilitators
  • People deepening personal practice
  • People bringing practice into work, family or community

Where the pathway can lead

Move from caring for yourself to supporting people in work and community settings.

Across the stages, participants can adapt learning to yoga, education, social services, group work, employee wellbeing and community programmes.

Subsidised Training Direction

Create an affordable entry point for people with fewer resources and a genuine motivation to serve.

With suitable NGO or funding partners, we can design subsidised places, staged learning, observation and practicum for lower-income women, caregivers, unemployed and career-transition adults. Funding reduces the entry barrier, not the training standard.

For Organisations

Bring the right practice into the right setting.

We adapt tools, classes, facilitator development and outcome documentation to participants, setting, time and funding objectives.

Companies & Teams

Employee wellbeing, team connection, deep listening and internal facilitator training.

Schools & Education

Teacher respite, student body awareness, life education and school-based facilitator training.

NGOs & Community

Non-clinical programmes and subsidised facilitator development for people under emotional strain, women, caregivers, lower-income participants, older adults and frontline workers.

Digital Tool Integration

Combine free tools, QR entry points and live experiences to reduce barriers and extend practice.

Our Philosophy

Not forced positivity. Honest presence.

Loneliness, anxiety, loss, farewell, impermanence and relational difficulty do not need to be erased or repackaged as positivity. Change sometimes begins with the willingness to pause. Not everyone needs to be fixed. Sometimes a person needs unhurried space and a practice that can return to everyday life.

Frequently Asked Questions

What you may want to know before beginning.

The main public tools are currently free to use. Classes, physical events, learning materials, facilitator training and organisational services are priced separately. The tools lower the barrier to practice rather than replace a complete class.

No. Our practices are non-clinical education, wellbeing and community support. We do not diagnose, provide psychotherapy or conduct crisis intervention. Anyone experiencing severe depression, suicidal thoughts or a mental health crisis should seek qualified professional or emergency support immediately.

It is relevant to yoga and wellbeing teachers, education and social service professionals, group facilitators, and people wishing to deepen personal practice or bring methods into work and community settings. Selected NGO or funded projects may offer subsidised places for lower-income women, caregivers, unemployed or career-transition adults.

Partnerships may include one-off workshops, programme series, employee or frontline staff wellbeing, facilitator development, digital tool integration, and funded projects supporting women, caregivers, people under emotional strain or lower-income communities.
